Video for Wikipedia and the Open Web: A Guide to Best Practices for Cultural Institutions (1.0)

The Open Video Alliance and iCommons, with support from the Ford Foundation, commissioned Intelligent Television to begin to provide a practical and theoretical framework for cultural and educational institutions to provide more of their moving images cost-effectively to Wikipedia and, by extension, to the open web. The attached white paper is the first result of that commission.
