Rural Telecommunications Conference
The Rural Telecommunications Congress will host the 11th annual Rural TeleCon Conference from October 5-8, entitled "Broadband – Local Gateway to Global Opportunity." The conference will showcase innovative approaches to building local capacity to improve the quality of life for people in rural communities.
Each year, Rural TeleCon attracts hundreds of people from the fields of economic and community development, higher education, public safety and healthcare, along with local, regional, state, and federal government officials, telecommunications industry personnel, and nationally recognized telecommunication policy leaders.
The Rural TeleCon conference provides attendees the opportunity to share their strong commitment to collaborative activities with other attendees while at the conference, allowing them to find new ways to resolve complex issues, including business and technical decisions.
