The Latin American and Hemispheric Studies Program and the School of Media and Public Affairs at George Washington University present a public forum:
 
“Best practices and principles for democratic regulation of community radio and television in Latin America”
 
The following panelists will discuss findings of a cross-national, comparative study that identified best practices in legislation and public policies to promote community radio and television in the region.
