GFEM's executive director Alyce Myatt is joined by Hannah Sassaman of Prometheus Radio Project and John Freeman of KOCZ 103.7 LPFM in Opelousas, Louisiana in a session on the whys, hows and low cost(!) of establishing low-power FM radio stations – critical information hubs that are filling a gap left by the hurricane and the collapse of journalism as we previously knew it.
