The Forum on the Freedom to Communicate addressed issues surrounding the freedoms of expression, association and connectivity in the 21st century. The Report resulting from the 2012 conference in Mexico City details actionable steps that Mexico and other Western Hemisphere nations can take to improve connectivity, expression and the free flow of information.
